SHIPPING:

Shipping is done via the best delivery-confirmable method for your order's weight and destination.

WARRANTY:

All scales are covered against defects by their respective manufacturers. Return any defective items to the manufacturer. We do not accept any returns for defects - they all MUST go to the manufacturer.

RETURNS: If you decide you want a different scale, or no scales, contact us within 48 hours of ORIGINAL ORDER  for further instruction. All returns must be in unused, 100%-resellable condition, with completely intact packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns. Shipping/handling costs are nonrefundable.
