Shipping and Warranty/Returns
SHIPPING:
Shipping is done via the best delivery-confirmable method for your order's weight and destination.
WARRANTY:
All scales are covered against defects by their respective manufacturers. Return any defective items to the manufacturer.
RETURNS: If you decide you want a different scale, contact us within 48 hours of receipt for further instruction. All returns must be in unused, 100%-resellable condition, with completely intact packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns. Shipping/handling costs are nonrefundable.
Semantic games will not be entertained and will result in permanent refusal of refund and blockage of your emails. By using this site you agree not to try to invent ways to circumvent these Terms. "No scale" IS enough of a "difference" to be covered under the Returns rules.
